Thermostats are found for the downstairs and upstairs.   Simply open the cover and select either "heat," "cool" or "off."  Press the up and down arrows to select the temperature. 

Use the soap dispenser on the left of the washer to add  detergent.  Select the proper cycle and close the door.   The washer takes approximately one hour.  The electric dryer will have your clothes dry in no time. 

The TV allows many inputs.   There is ROKU for streaming, TIVO for broadcast, Google Cast, and a blu-ray player is also available.   Just pick up the remote, set the desired input and watch away!

Please do not put waste down the garbage disposal.   The drain lines are connected to an aerobic treatment system that does not like potato skins or watermelon reins.  Please dispose of food waste in the trash. 

These are all electric appliances.  Filtered water and ice are in the door of the fridge. Enjoy!
